Research card t_08fdf084 catalog, live-probed 2026-08-29. Adds docs/satellite-feeds.md only — no runtime change.

Ranked drop-ins (browser GIBS / XYZ, no key)

  1. VIIRS NOAA-20/21 true color (SNPP replacement before 2026-11-01)
  2. VIIRS/MODIS SWIR false color (burns, flood)
  3. GIBS GOES-East/West GeoColor + Band13 IR (~10 min)
  4. Himawari AHI vis/IR
  5. HLS S30/L30 30 m
  6. OPERA RTC S-1 + DIST-ALERT + DSWx (SAR/disturbance/flood as tiles, not COGs)

HLS, OPERA, STAC/COG paths). Ranked drop-ins for the OSINT map; skip
paid/NICFI. Does not change runtime code.
